This tool is provided free of charge by Bpifrance Assurance Export, confidentially and securely, in accordance with best practices for internet technologies. Only Users who accept the terms and conditions set out in Article 3.2 of these General Terms of Use may access the Site.

These Terms of Use are intended to define the rights, duties and conditions of use that must be accepted before accessing the content on the Site.

Intellectual property rights
The User may not use the names Bpifrance or Bpifrance Assurance Export, or any mention of the name Bpifrance or Bpifrance Assurance Export, including, in particular, Bpifrance, trademarks, logos, and all associated distinctive signs that are, as the case may be, the property of Bpifrance or another company in the Bpifrance Group. The Site and each of its components, including but not limited to texts, photographs, trademarks, logos, sounds, music, layouts, designs and models, icons, computer code, software, fonts, and more generally, all visual or audio elements, are protected by intellectual property rights held by Bpifrance or another company in the Bpifrance Group.

Bpifrance's obligation to provide services is limited to an obligation of means.
