Covers the lending bank against the risk of non-payment of the repayment installments of the credit granted to the foreign buyer.

The conditions of Buyer Credit Insurance
Eligible commercial contract
- Export contract with a minimum French share of 20% (or exporting company holding an Export Pass)
- All countries except those excluded under the Export Financing Policy
Financial conditions
- Non-payment bonus
- Rate:

- depending on the country of the debtor, the status and quality of the debtor, the events generating the loss covered and the duration of the risk
- applied to the principal amount of the credit (to be increased by interim interest and the premium if they are capitalized)

Financing in Euro, US Dollar and other strong currencies.
On a case-by-case basis, operations financed in local currencies
Guaranteed quota
95% or 100% for companies with a turnover of < €300 million
Guaranteed plate
Principal amount and interest on the loan including interim interest and premium if capitalized
Events causing loss

- Pure and simple failure of the debtor
- Insolvency of the debtor

- Catastrophic

Time limit constituting a claim
Maximum 3 months from the due date of the unpaid debt
