• Credit institutions that support them via a bank loan granted to the foreign subsidiary.

Guaranteed forms of investment:

• capital participationl:
  • to create a business, regardless of the percentage or amount of your participation
  • to expand an existing business by subscribing to a capital increase, even if your initial investment has not been guaranteed
  • to buy back shares
• shareholder loan long term or current account advance
• accompanying bank loan a capital investment intended to finance fixed assets. Subject to the presence of a French company in the borrower's capital of at least 25% and for at least 3 years after subscription of the loan and the absence of a majority foreign shareholder.

• guarantee on bank loans in return for local medium and long-term equipment loans
• royalties* to come from a licensing agreement, know-how, process, brand whose remuneration is linked to the activity of the foreign company.

*subject to a majority French stake in the subsidiary and for a minimum period of 3 years.

• Damage to property:
  • Inability to exercise rights attached to the investment
  • Asset destroyed in whole or in part
  • Prevention of normal functioning
• Non-payment and/or non-transfer of sums due to the investor
